What is Pooch Pouch?

Pooch Pouch is the ultimate dog walking and clean-up kit.
It holds treats, poo bags, your phone, keys, cleaning wipes, pet-safe hand sanitiser, and a tidy towel — everything you need for clean, convenient canine adventures!

Each Pooch Pouch includes:

Built-in poo bag dispenser
Storage compartments for essentials
Cleaning wipes for muddy paws
Pet-safe hand sanitiser
Handy towel for quick clean-ups
Waterproof, wipe-clean interior

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across the United Kingdom.
Shipping options include Standard Delivery and Next Day Delivery (selected at checkout).

How long does delivery take?

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Next Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday).

You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Can I return my Pooch Pouch?

We do not accept returns unless your item arrives damaged.
If your Pooch Pouch is damaged during delivery, please email us at enquiries.poochpouch@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it, including clear photo evidence.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Is Pooch Pouch waterproof?

Yes!
Pooch Pouch is made from water-resistant materials to protect your items during rainy or muddy adventures. It’s also easy to wipe clean after use.

How do I clean my Pooch Pouch?

Simply wipe down the inside and outside with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed.
Avoid machine washing or submerging in water to preserve the integrity of the pouch.

What size is Pooch Pouch?

Pooch Pouch is designed to be compact but roomy enough for all your dog-walking essentials.
