Pooch Pouch Returns Policy

At Pooch Pouch, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns policy in line with UK e-commerce guidelines.

 

1. Returns and Refunds

   - Eligibility: You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it, as per UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
   - Exceptions: Products that are damaged due to improper handling, wear and tear, or misuse will not qualify for a return or refund

2. Initiating a Return

   - You will need to provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) when requesting a return.

3. Return Shipping Costs

   - Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
   - Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund, as per your preference.

 

4. Refund Processing

   - Timing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.
   - Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges
