Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns unless the item has been received damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Requesting a Return for a Damaged Item
To request a refund for a damaged product:

Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item.

Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Important Notes

Proof of damage (photo evidence) is required for all refund requests.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
